All sales are final on all Encure CBD products. If for any reason your package is damaged upon delivery, you are required to report such damages to orders@Encurecbd.com same day. Furthermore, you will be required to send photos verifying the validity and sufficiency of your claim. Encure CBD reserves the right to accept or deny your claim for any reason whatsoever.. Manufacturer defects are subjected to a reasonable inquiry by Encure CBD representative, but not to be unreasonably delayed or denied.
It is standard protocol for Encure CBD to thoroughly inspect all claims resulting out of manufacturing defects and if such “defect” is determined to be valid, Encure CBD will expedite a replacement order of the exact product purchased and consequently damaged. We ship all replacement orders within 24/48 hours after determination is made.
Final determination of manufacturing defects are determined within the same day of your submission, not to exceed 24 hours, not including weekends, holidays, or after normal business hours.
